The Homebuyer s Keep it Simple Scorecard is a one-of-a-kind tool to help you make one of the most important decisions of your life. Many, many apps show you homes. This app is designed to help you make a smart decision a perfect mix of quality and value. It s a simple 3 step process: 1. WISH LIST: decide what you are looking for in a new home and how important they are. Change weights to update the category list until the order makes sense to you. When choosing specific features, we do our best to guide you, with common features listed for you to check off and the option to add unique ones. If you prefer, just build your Wish List as you go, while walking through homes and tapping on what s really important to you. 2. HOMES LIST: send the WISH LIST to your real estate agent, and they ll send you back a list of homes they want to show you. Or add the Homes yourself. Or, have the Scorecard do it for you: if you are at the home, tap [Add the Home I m In Now] and we will find the address for you. 3. SCORE: As you walk through each home simply tap the screen once for each category. One tap, one score, and keep moving. At the end of the day, you don t have to remember each room of each house (which is impossible) because you ve been quietly keeping track. Your first go around you may refine your Wish List and score more casually, but when you re down to your final choices, that s when the Homebuyer s Keep it Simple Scorecard really pays off. Now you can rank each home, side-by-side. You can see their strengths and weaknesses, and consider the cost, the true cost, of owning and maintaining each home.
